BOYS LEVEL - Boys will be enrolled in the above classes starting immediately according to their ages listed above BUT in the future, we are planning to install separate extra classes specifically designed for our male future leaders.
We believe that boys need to be taught to move as the men and leaders they will become. Many boys are concerned with the thought that dance is "only for girls." This is not so. We make sure that all of the movements taught to our young men (even while taking class with females) are ones that exhibit masculine strength and a hunger to pull in other future leaders as they help in the movement of change. As stated, though this will be a future all males class, for now our young men will be in the same class as the female students as is done in all dance classes around the globe.
All students of Movers of Change Dance Academy are taught that dance is not just for entertainment, but it is a unique and set-aside gift from God to reach the needs of people. Sometimes when an audience member sees our dancers, they are moved to tears because there was something in a particular dancer's movement that told that audience member that although times may be rough right now, joy still comes in the morning. We take our purpose of dance to be one of a serious assignment. So, come on and join us as we move to make change!
Dancers must commit to monthly classes; it is the only way to properly grow.
Yearly Recital: DANCER must be enrolled in at least two classes for the year to participate.
God Bless You All!
